Rajya Sabha passed the Constitution (Scheduled Castes) Orders Amendment Bill, 2014 on 24th February 2015. The bill has brought about changes in the existing list of scheduled castes in one union territory - Dadra and Nagar Haveli - and three states - Haryana, Karnataka and Odisha.
